Complete Contest Rules & Info

Once per month a random winner will be drawn from all “new”
SPEAK YOUR MIND surveys completed from the 30 days prior to the date of the drawing.

Successful entries must complete the entire survey. Only the first survey associated with a mailing address will be considered a “new” completed survey and therefore valid for this contest. Each valid survey must have a unique name, address & e-mail address. If any one of these is used in a survey a second time, that survey shall be deemed invalid. Only THE COLLECTORATE shall make final decisions on what is a valid survey and contest entry and may refuse any survey or entry for any reason it sees fit.

All entries must include your full name, mailing address & e-mail address. Incomplete entries will be discarded. Phone number may be required from the winner for shipping.

The packaging of some prizes may not be in mint condition. All prizes are final. No exchanges will be allowed. Only THE COLLECTORATE will decide the items included on the prize list each month. The monthly winner will be allowed to chose one (1) item they wish for their prize from that month's prize list.

THE COLLECTORATE reserves the right to make prize changes or cancel this contest completely at anytime should the need arise. Winners will be notified by e-mail when prize ships.

All shipping charges to the winner will be the responsibility of
THE COLLECTORATE for winners with addresses in the continental United States. All others “may” be required to pay shipping charges. Prizes may be insured at winner’s expense. Payment for cost of insurance must be made before item is shipped. Only shipping methods that provide delivery confirmation are acceptable. All items will be shipped with either UPS or USPS.

on our website at our discretion for this and any future purpose.

Employees and owners of THE COLLECTORATE, its suppliers and vendors are not eligible for this contest.
